How We Read Your Site Before We Start
Every site is different, and getting it right starts with understanding what we’re working with. We use a laser level and grade rod to map elevations across the property, then auger test holes to see how deep the topsoil runs and what’s underneath. That tells us what needs to come out, what can stay, and how much material needs to be brought in to build a solid base.
