Most people have the same questions before starting a project. Here’s how we approach things, and what you can expect when you work with us.
Do you offer free estimates?
We offer free, no-pressure estimates. We’ll come out, take a look at what you’ve got going on, and talk through options. If it makes sense to move forward, great. If not, no hard feelings.
What does your pricing include?
Our pricing covers everything it takes to do the job right: labor, equipment, materials, and cleanup. We don’t cut corners, and if it needs to be done for the project to last, it’s included. We also work hard upfront to avoid surprise charges. No one likes those.
Do you require a deposit to get started?
Typically, yes. We’ll get you on the schedule, and a 50% deposit is collected the day we start work. The remaining balance is due the day the project is complete.
Are you licensed & Insured?
We are fully licensed and insured. It protects you, it protects us, and it’s just how this should be done.
How does scheduling work
Once your project is approved, we’ll get you on the schedule. Timing depends on the work and the season, and sometimes weather or site conditions can shift things a bit. When that happens, we stay in touch and keep you unformed.
Do you handle permits?
Generally, no. Permits are typically handled by your general contractor or by you as the homeowner. If needed, we’ll help point you in the right direction.
How do you handle changes or unexpected issues during a project?
Despite our best efforts, unforeseen things can come up. When they do, we’ll walk you through what we’re seeing, explain your options, and go over any cost or timeline changes before we move ahead.
