Chelsea Lumber’s been doing it right for over 100 years. But even the best places run out of room. We stepped in to make more of it.
The Problem
They built a new lean-to, but the asphalt underneath was shot. Broken down, uneven, and not something you want under constant forklift traffic and stacked material. You could patch it… but that’s not how they operate. And it’s not how we operate either.
What It Took
- Tore out failing asphalt
- Reworked and prepped the base the right way
- Poured new concrete built for real use
- Tight access, working around inventory and structure
- Kept their operation moving while we worked
