The Job
This project is a custom-built rental property designed for game day weekends, alumni stays, and year-round use in Ann Arbor. We handled the full excavation and foundation scope, including soil removal, footings, foundation walls, basement slab, and garage floor. Everything done start to finish by our crew so nothing gets lost between trades.
